"This property is located one block over from Rainey Street (tons of bars, restaurants, food trucks) so you get the convenience without the noise. It is easy walking distance from convention center, Austin City Limits, Congress Street bridge (bat watching), state capitol, and University of Texas. The staff is super friendly and helpful! "Stayed for a work event. Space was clean and easily accessible. A 30ish min walk from downtown or quick Uber/scooter. Didn't have much communication with property manager as it wasn't necessary since it was easy enough to manage on your own."

"Overall the appearance was great. The primary bedroom was very nice. The other bedroom was very small with a trundle bed that was almost impossible to set up. The host was helpful and responsive. Two suggestions are to provide ice trays and some handrails at the front steps which were very steep. Overall it was a good place with these mentioned issues."

"New condo building has a nice Live, Work and Play vibe, with a coffee/cocktail bar in the lobby and rooftop pool overlooking the river and downtown. Condo setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area worked well for our group of two couples."

"The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. "
