"This was just the right home for our group of eight this Christmas. The open layout was great for snacking, puzzles and conversation and the large dining room table overlooking the pool and back yard was perfect for meals. Beds were comfortable and location was convenient to restaurants and a nice church for Christmas Eve service. Loved the outdoor fireplace and would love to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and backyard area. Would definitely recommend for family gatherings."

"This beautiful home is centrally located in a hip neighborhood (Zilker is close to SXSW, ACL, South Congress and Downtown.) The house is a contemporary with natural light, tall ceilings and tons of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, morning coffee and afternoon cocktails in the secluded backyard. Our host, Almog, could not have been nicer or more responsive."

"We stayed for a few days. Nice to have adequate space for everyone to sleep. We had 9 and everyone had a bed. Minor cleanliness issues that we easily overlooked for our needs for a nice place to stay while visiting Austin and the surrounding area. Owner was very responsive and covered any questions we had."

"My family (ten of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The space was gorgeous, both indoor and out, and the kitchen contained all the dishes, utensils, and staples we needed to cook a few meals. We loved the pool and the hammock and the nearby walking trail, and there was enough space for all of us to get ready at the same time - we attended a wedding in Hudson Bend. My only suggestion is maybe some more towel hooks in the secondary bathroom upstairs, as there were 5 of us...

"The experience we had for 3 days at this Vrbo was awesome! It is a little off the beaten path in terms of downtown Austin, but the area offers a lot within a short distance. Food and drinks, grocery, catering, etc were all very very manageable. The separation of buildings and sleeping arrangements allows everyone to have space and time as needed! The pool is great and many activities are provided for your use, which we took full advantage off. My few suggestions would be to add more hosting...

"This home was great for us! It has an expansive backyard, a nice deck and grill, and was easy to get to. Only catch was our late night arrival and host had forgotten to give us the gate code, but it all worked out pretty quickly."

"The house was great as were the grounds. The house lives bigger than the pictures. The bedrooms are a great size and the mattresses are fantastic. Stephanie is a great communicator and responds to every question. Five stars from us and we will look forward to staying there again"

"We stayed here for a few days in August. It was nice and quiet for our stay. Unfortunately, due to the level 4 drought, there was no water views (it was dry). We took advantage of the pool to cool off, which was nice, but not the cleanest pool with cloudy water. We used the guest parking lot because the space in front of the unit was difficult to access with a full-sized SUV due to the tight turns, steep declines, and the neighboring guests parking in a way that blocked us. It actually better...

If you lead a busy life and crave a peaceful, serene, experience for some needed rest and relaxation in a home away from home environment, this is it."

"We came down from Minneapolis for spring break and it was so worth it. The place was beautiful, the property equally so. Our kids played in the pool the whole time which was great. 10/10 would visit again. If you’ve never been to Lake Travis this is your sign to book your trip. It’s beautiful. We loved it."

"If you are looking for a simple, no frills place to stay that is clean and comfortable, this place fits the bill. Bed was comfy, shower was great, bathroom was small but clean. No carpet in the room but the floors were clean. Our room actually had a small kitchen! Only downside is the elevator had a funky smell and hallway on the second floor smelled like spices. Otherwise the stay was great."

"The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. "
