Pros: Comfortable room and TEEEE-Rific breakfast...and PAULA, the Hostess.
Cons: Our reservations for a Queen, first floor, close parking were ignored.
Location: Exceptional location, one block from Main Street, 3 blocks from Cucina Sur Mare, one terrific restaurant where we ate twice!
We ordered a Queen bed on the first floor, close to parking. We got a double bed, 2nd floor, furthest room from any parking! We complained but they were booked solid and they couldn't help us the first night. 2nd day they switched us to a Queen bed 1st floor right next to parking and all was well. GOOD small room, comfortable bed, good shower, quiet, clean and zero further complaints from us. Breakfast is above and beyond good...scrambled eggs, either bacon or sausage, french toast, pancakes alternate days, sweet rolls, toast, many kinds of fruit including several melon varieties...truly 1st class. We'd come again IF we can get 1st floor and KING (which they do not have!) Might come there anyway thanks to Paula, the Hostess at breakfast--a charming, friendly, big smile and extraordinarily nice to see in the AM.

Pros: Full breakfast, free WIFI, access to town without a car!
Cons: Room was small
Location: Center of Old Falmouth - walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping, Town Library, Farmer's Market on the Green on Thursday afternoon.
Wonderful, FULL breakfast every morning, with friendly service both at the front desk and at breakfast. Rooms were made up daily. Rooms were small ( we had a Queen petite) but serviceable with free WIFI, TV, small refrigerator. Plenty of off street parking. Easy walking distance to town made dinner choices easy. A little longer trek to the beach, but with an outdoor and an indoor pool - hardly necessary. We had friends in the area who live in Falmouth and were unaware of this gem! More out of town guests will certainly be made aware of it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

A wonderful place to get away from it all. Rooms are very quiet, large and clean, with fridge and microwave. TV was small, but who cares while on the Cape. Attractive indoor and outdoor pools. Just a block away from Falmouth's wonderful shops, restaurants, and church. Easy drive to beach, ferries and other attractions. Breakfast was delicious with excellent service. I'll be back -often.
