"Very nice central hotel. Very modern with lovely finishes. My room was on the ground floor, overlooking a very busy roundabout and public pavement in full view of window, so it was very noisy. Staff are friendly and food was decent, although slightly cheeky charging a tray charge and additional service charge for room service. Small fitness room but enough to do a decent work out of quiet. "

"Check in friendly and efficient. Room not huge but well designed to satisfy needs for a couple of days. Bar comfortable. Bed comfortable. Compact bathroom with good shower. Location is almost ideal for food drink transport and culture. Certainly would consider using again."

"When you book a panoramic view room you expect a panoramic view not just the direction your window is facing, very misleading. Also a superior room which is pretty much the same as any other room with a coffee machine added. still had to ask reception to bring a heater as room heating did not work. With a modern hotel there is no ability to use Netflix or prime on the TV and log into your account, The tvs have ability to cat on to them but facility does not work.... basic hotel that could do...
