And laundry is so expensive. there is no laundry machine. when I ordered the ice box, the respons was so slow. the room service made very early morning call by mistake in spite of I did not order. so I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. Menu makanannya ala kadarnya, beberapa menu justru mudah ditemukan yg lebih enak dikuar sana. Apakah ini kondisi new normal ? Overall cukup puas dg pengalaman menginap disini."

"An old hotel but retains its friendly service and cleanliness. Check-in and out is fast, staff has good attitude, except the male cleaner entering the female toilet (ground floor toilet) without knocking startled me - management should assign a female cleaner instead. There's a good Korean restaurant right next door. It's an additional perks that the hotel provides shuttle car to nearby Lippo Mall, City Walk and other nearby areas. Breakfast was not up to my expectations, though....

"The location is quite isolated but provides tranquility. There is 1 Japanese restaurant in this service apartment and luckily the food taste is quite good. There is also a convenience store in this property. Room is cosy. Air con was leaking when I checked in on first day , technician came to repair immediately and after that, all was good. "
