"Just an "OK" hotel."
This hotel is central to the southern end of the strip. It has been there long enough for it to seem on the older side of things. The staff and service providers were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but rather worn; it lacks some amenities that are standard in much less expensive hotel rooms. We had a 7 night stay there and felt very safe in the hotel halls and casino areas. Food choices are excellent for most all venues. We were there over a 3-day weekend and only one of those days did it seems overly crowded; plus is was winter time.

"Hotel close to Las Vegas strip "
Hotel staff answered all of our questions, and we're polite and friendly. Hotel is under construction and we did not see any of that during our stay. Room was okay, does need updating which they are working on. Busy hotel while we where. Rooms quiet for sleeping.

"Las Vegas Getaway"
Palms Place is off the strip by 1.5 miles. Some restaurants (mostly Asian) and stores within walking distance. Plenty of parking with covered parking too. Nice hotel, but more of a condotel, all rooms are individually owned and rented out. Casino is one of the worst I have been into. Very smokey and only a few card tables. There is a food court inside the casino that offers various food options including McDonalds. Cafe 6 is a chic restaurant with a very cool patio and pool side. Overall, nice place to stay if you don't need the convenience of walking out of your building onto the strip. Next trip, we will be on the strip.

Vegas isn’t just a playground for adults. There’s an assortment of Las Vegas family-friendly resorts that provide entertainment for you and your crew. Choose a place that boasts swimming pools and lazy rivers, or one that offers kid-friendly magic shows and music performances. Some include arcade rooms, thrill rides, and aquariums, too. You’ll even come across places with childcare services, so you can fly solo and paint the town red for a few hours.

Don’t take a gamble when it comes to booking your reservations. Take advantage of our Las Vegas resort deals, so you can focus more on your Sin City itinerary and less on your travel budget.

Best and Worst Times to Visit Las Vegas

Spring and fall are the best times to visit Las Vegas because the weather is just right—not too hot and not too cold. These seasons usually see temperatures hovering around the 70s and 80s F, but the evenings do tend to cool down. There are usually fewer tourists between March and May, and from September to November, which means you can score lower rates during these periods.

Even though the temperatures soar in the summertime, this doesn’t deter vacationers from flocking to the desert city. It’s not uncommon for temperatures to reach the triple digits, making the pool decks the most popular spots in town. Winter is another favorite time for visitors to travel to Vegas, particularly around New Year’s Eve. While it’s not scorching, temperatures can hit the 50s and 60s F, offering a warmer winter retreat.

    Things to Do

Attend some of the city’s most popular performances to see what the hype is all about in the Entertainment Capital of the World. Catch at least one of the eight Cirque du Soleil shows and marvel at twisting and tumbling acrobats that soar through the air. O features a jaw-dropping underwater production, while The Beatles LOVE is choreographed to the famous foursome’s tunes. Jersey Boys, the Blue Man Group, and Criss Angel Believe are other favorite performances in the desert city.

While you’re in this neon-doused town, explore some of the city’s landmarks. Get a kick out of the fountains dancing to the music at the Bellagio®, and throw your hands up on the Big Apple Rollercoaster that winds through the NYC skyline. Fool all your friends with a selfie in front of the Eiffel Tower replica, watch the Mirage® volcano erupt in sync with The Grateful Dead music, and then put your feet up at one of the top Las Vegas hotels or resorts.

Some of these resorts include nightclubs and golf courses, while others boast spa services and game rooms. To top it all off, you may even find an assortment of all-inclusive resorts. This type of lodging bundles your meals and activities into the price of the room. All inclusives sometimes offer nightly entertainment, all-you-can buffets, and watersport rentals at no additional charge. Sort through our vast selection of lodging to find a resort matching all your vacation desires.
