Hotel was undergoing major renovation, and we were not told this when we booked on Expedia. Staff was super nice and friendly. Lobby was covered in police tape and mostly inaccessible. No food services were available due to renovations. This will be a well-situated, pleasant place to stay... once ...
Enjoyed our stay especially as the Waldorf Astoria is closing
Great location at this beautiful, comfortable hotel. The staff were all excellent(especially the concierge). It also has a great fitness center and relaxing bar. Highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and clean and offered everything one would expect for the star level and cost of this hotel. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable ...
Loved the location, the room, and the amenities of this hotel. Bathrooms are amazing too! Brandon, the head butler, was the best and so professional and knowledgeable too! Would definitely stay there again.
