"Great pool area, attentive staff"
Celebrated our 4th anniversary. Had a wonderful, relaxing time. You must go to LAW steakhouse on the main floor. The food is incredible.

"Very nice, different, unique in a special way"
Hot tamale candy and tootsie pops (cherry) awaited us at the check in desk. Lemon Cookies by the elevator with lemon flavored water was a nice surprise. A coffee bar on our floor with newspapers all added to our exceptional stay. Rooms were gorgeous and hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants. The hotel provides a shuttle to take you where you need to be within a 4.0 mile radius. When you add it all up, ZA ZA hits the marks for customer service. 5 stars in my humble opinion. We will be back.

It was for our wedding night and we had lots of fun. We had champagne. We ate chocolate covered strawberries. We showered and then we slept in a king size bed at 11:30pm. The next morning we changed our marital status on Facebook. Then we went to Starbucks and then at 1pm we checked out of the hotel.

"Amazing"
If you don't book the Omni, you will regret it. There is nothing better than having a room to go back to when it's really hot outside. The rooms are very comfortable, the hotel is super nice, such a warm & cozy welcoming. I will book here again.

"Great summer fun!"
Great summer fun with family. Enjoyed Alice in Wonderland exhibits. The water park was a hit! Shuttle timely and convenient. Disappointed the Riverwalk Cantina restaurant was not open in the evening, however, breakfast there was excellent! Loved Texas Station and Italian restaurants! There was plenty to do for entire family, kids, parents and grandparents!

"Great location"
Hotel was ok. The computer check in system was not working when we arrived. We were assigned a room; however, when we arrived to the room and opened the door with our key, the room was already occupied. We received a new room assignment and was told to make sure all of our locks at night were in place until they fixed their check in system. We didn't feel comfortable leaving the first night because the checkin/ key system wasn't working correctly.

"AWESOME! Absolutely loved it. "
We have stayed here before and absolutely love it. Everyone is so nice and patient with all the customers. The valet guys are always so nice and accommodating. The bar is always fun, the guy who looked to be the manager over it both nights we were there was so nice, then I saw him the next morning working in the lobby, he is one busy dude. The girls that were waitressing were also very nice, even when the entire soccer team walked in at around 11pm Saturday night wanted to eat. We will definitely be back and will recommend to all our friends and family!!

    Popular Dallas Attractions

Dallas is a vibrant city that thrives on art and culture. The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden feature several beautifully designed outdoor rooms against the backdrop of White Rock Lake. The Arboretum regularly hosts open-air concerts and sculpture exhibits. Further feasts for your eyes and ears can be found at the Dallas Museum of Art and the Meyerson Symphony Center.

No visit to Dallas would be complete without sampling the famous Texas barbecue, which is traditionally dry-rubbed with seasonings and then slow roasted over a fire. Some of the best restaurants are situated along the scenic Katy Trail.

More to See in Surrounding Cities

Dallas is a short drive from Grapevine, TX, which is in the heart of the state’s wine country. There, you’ll find generously portioned wine tastings, a charming village, and shopkeepers selling wine-themed wares. If you’re looking for a rustic cowboy experience, Dallas is only a 20-minute drive from its twin city of Fort Worth. At the Stockyards, you can watch the cattle come home or sit in on exciting rounds at the rodeo. Expedia.com lists plenty of resorts near Dallas, and some of them have exciting hunting lodge themes.

    Resort Amenities

The best Dallas resorts provide everything you may need for your vacation. Try a relaxing Dallas spa resort where you can indulge in Texas’ larger than life amenities and legendary hospitality. You can get a massage at a full service spa, and then continue your retreat in your hotel room where complimentary bathrobes and slippers await your arrival. Many hotels invite you to take advantage of the designer toiletries and deep soaking tubs to help relieve muscle tension.

If you’re traveling with small children in your family, you’ll be happy to know that Dallas boasts hundreds of family-friendly accommodations. Many hotels offer free cribs and infant beds, extra rollaway beds for siblings who don’t wish to share, and separate children’s pools in addition to indoor and outdoor swimming pools. You can even find hotels with complimentary hot breakfast as well as evening cookies and milk.

Best of all, the top hotels in Dallas all have world-class restaurants on site. Without stepping foot outside of your hotel, you can dine at Italian bistros, New American steakhouses, Southwestern-style cafes, and even terrace and rooftop lounges and bars with gorgeous city views.

    Best Time to Visit

The peak seasons for tourism are in the spring and fall. That’s when you’ll find perpetually cloudless, sunny skies with cool temperatures. September through October also bring the State Fair, full of carnival foods and amusement rides. Dallas is a city that loves its football. During football season, Cowboys fans flood the city with positive energy.

Summer is the off season in Dallas, and temperatures can easily soar above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Luckily, most indoor spaces are air conditioned, and you’ll see the locals staying inside during the day and taking advantage of the cool air in the evening. Bring an umbrella, though, because it can be easy to be caught off guard in a deluge at night. This the best time of year to visit if you’re looking for cheap deals on hotels.

In addition to traveling in the summer, staying closer to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) will help you cut down on hotel costs. Book a rental car on Expedia.com as Dallas is a very motor-friendly city. To save money on cheap flights to Dallas, you can book a hotel, flight, and rental car together and save even more.
