Ojai was one of the nicest experiences I’ve had at a spa and the adjoining town was great. Room was beautiful overlooking the golf course, room was spacious, facilities were great
My only complaint was that the room was very small. The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly. It was an awesome location so I understand the small room and the higher price relative to the location. I would stay there again.
Quick walk to all the shops and Alisal River Golf Course. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Free tea and coffee always available, along with the daily paper. Clean, close and a good price. Highly recommend
We use this hotel when we visit Santa Barbara. It’s clean, in a nice area, walking distance to shopping areas & restaurants. The staff is excellent; continental breakfast offers delicious omelets aside from the usual continental menu. Has pool & jacuzzi. AND it’s reasonably priced.
Everything was good at this hotel room included nice room and staff I would recommend this hotel to family and friends
Spent a few nights this week at the hotel. Lovely staff, wonderful grounds, great room, and excellent service from the hotel, spa, and restaurant staff. I travel to Santa Barbara regularly and will stay here again without a doubt.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. In fact we stayed another day. The staff was kind and friendly. Nice room. Real Danish pastries for breakfast. We will return and definitely stay here.
Went for a girls weekend with my mom. Room was nice, some rust & grime on shower door, but nothing too bad. Didnt have the "do not disturb" sign on the door & the maid just walks in, no knock on the door, or "hello maid service" or anything. & it was before checkout time....so make sure to have your ...
This place has seen better days. The carpet was ripped, the room didn't smell fresh and there were ants all over the air conditioner and crawling on the floor nearby. It was okay for the price and location but a little maintenance and updating would make it a much better place to stay.
Our room was on 4th floor toward end middle of building. Elevator on far back side was out of order. This is the elevator we would of needed to use to get to ice machine and hospitality room. Lucky we were able to climb up and down 4 flights of stairs. The hair dryer didn't work. The shower knob ...
It was quiet and peaceful. The staff was super! It's not usually the type of hotel I pick but I was surprise how clean and quiet it was. The Pea Anderson restaraunt is next door. The price for the room was great for the weekend.
My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend in October. I didn't realize there was no ac. It was warm but not miserable. The room was cute and comfortable, somewhat retro. The breakfast was great; especially being complimentary. I'm not sure it would be a good choice in the summer due to no ac. Otherwise, ...
We had the Jungle Junior Suite w/a pool view (Rm448). Great room location to the self parking and tennis courts. Also, simple walk to the Olympic pool/club & beach across the street. We felt like we were in Maui. These huge estate was so lush and green. The Ty Lounge was a cool place to eat/drink ...
We were disappointed in the breakfast. We were hoping for more healthy options. I would suggest home cooked oatmeal, instead of sugary packets. Whole wheat or whole grain bread, soy milk, and yoghurt, more fresh fruit (organic if possible). Vegetarian options in the hot food - potatoes, stewed tomatoes, ...
The Brisas is in close proximity/walking distance to an array of Santa Barbra activities. Sam at the front desk was very knowledgeable of great restaurants, as well as The Funk Zone Area. He also upgraded our room to one of the best suites in the entire hotel. I will definitely stay here ...
