"From the day we checked in and noticed a electrical problem, we called. Many of the appliances we not working properly the microwave the fan and light in the front room and the front room plug ins. We had to track down the cleaning lady to have her get ahold of the maitance man. he came and spoke to me as i were a child. he reprimaned me for reflipping breakers and unplugging micro wave. It lead to my diagnosis of the breaker being bad per the repair man. The bed needs replaced glad we broght...

"Pine Inn & Suites is a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable (the photos did not lie). It is a nice small facility with that overlooks the valley with a beautiful view. It’s nice to support a locally owned and family run business. Cory, Martha, and Roy were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. It’s definitely a great place to stay and have a base for visiting Jerome, Sedona, surrounding parks, and hiking. "

"Our hotel stay was excellent. Room was large, well equipped, good breakfast with lots of options , the adjoining Mexican restaurant was very good, extra large portions. Our only issue was with the bathroom. My daughter is disabled and needs help rising from the commode on the right hand side. There was nothing available. The clerk went way out of her way to help but couldn't. We wound up buying a tub rail. Problem solved."

"The property is appealing in appearance from the outside. I would suggest getting one of the lamps for each room that has outlets for charging e-readers, cell phones, etc. It wasn't easy finding a place to plug in my CPAP machine which must be by the bed. I also have a hearing aid charger. A couple might have even more. There are a number of men staying here from a paving company. They have gotten a bit loud, but are not likely to do that later. "
