"This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am. "

"This is my 9th visit to this resort. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Jamaica. The room was updated and clean. The staff are always kind and willing to help. Yoga by the beach is great, dancing at the Infinity Bar is awesome and the food is delicious. "

"Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. The water sports options are fantastic. I highly recommend their scuba instructor "Sugar" if you are looking to get your certification. All of the chairs on the beach and around the pool have a float cushion and there were plenty of open chairs available. The beach was so beautiful. No seaweed on the beach. Food and drinks were great. The coffee bar was perfect and had delicious espresso drinks. Buildings were close together so no long walks to get to...

"The meals and beach were the best parts. The property itself needs some upkeep. We came here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary-which they were aware of after asking numerous times. It would’ve been nice to at least be greeted with some champagne after a long trip like we have in the past. However we still had a great time and would recommend to anyone who’s on a budget and just needs the basics to relax and unwind."

"The beach and water were outstanding. Option for umbrella would be great. Food was mediocre and I would expect more fish. First time I actually got sick as I am a late eater and they keep food out for 630 to q 10 closing. Staff are Meh… major attitudes and lazy. Only service you get that is top notch is dining and center bar. Consistent and above standard. Why the work hard and have great customer services skills. Tada…. Formulas! "

"The problem was making arrangements for airport transportation… spoke with service representative on 2 different day with us not having concrete information, about our departure to the airport. However on our the department day staff was very helpful in getting us on a bus to the airport. "
