Easy walking access to City Square and Clematis Street- restaurants, coffee and clubs galore. Easy walk to parks, museum and microbrewery. Finally, communication with manager was superb. We would certainly return."

The design is so cute, the home had obviously been professionally cleaned before we arrived and the location is perfect if you’re hoping to spend time in both PB and WPB. Beds are comfortable and the home is fully stocked with those little things you always end up needing. It was so fun to chill by the pool, walk to breakfast at Hive and hit the town."

"Mildew smell, bugs/spiders on bed and in kitchen drawers, would not use refrigerator to store food as it was filthy, blinds were filthy, very dated/worn furniture. The bicycles listed in the pictures and under the amenities are not present. I contacted the owner, which had zero concerns. Also, the property is For Sale. When we arrived were we asked if we could leave the property for the showing the next day at 4:00 PM. The property attendant was lovely and very kind, which was appreciated....

"Great place to stay. Comfortable beds, great showers, all of the necessary supplies, and a 7-minute walk to Rosemary Square! The property owner was responsive and polite. I was with my parents who are in their mid-70s and my teenage son. Everybody was very comfortable and happy."

"Great stay and great value! The view from PH unit 805 is of the marina. If you like to sleep in go with rooms facing west (no blackouts). The club units are on the 4th floor with the amenities- pool, gym, conference rm and lounge. The unit was tastefully designed with modern and comfortable layout. The bed was very comfortable medium firm. The shower was perfect. The front desk and staff were always welcoming and offered assistance and area directions. Would definitely recommend."
