"We rented this place for a 12 year old's soccer tournament in Petoskey and it was located very close to all 3 of the fields used. It was a beautiful home. It must be nearly brand new. It is very private and quiet. Has two large bedrooms on main floor. Great kitchen. "It was surprise ski weekend for my husband with friends and we had a great time at the cabin! The hot tub was a hit and kitchen was well equipped. We had an issue with the cot and a toilet but the hosts were able to come out and fix both on the 2nd day. The place is supposed to be ski in ski out, but we were never able to figure out how to get to the hill from the cabin. May have been because the snow was light but If that's a priority for you, know there is still a bit of a hike to get there....

"Spent a fabulous weekend! House is fully stocked with what you need. Golf courses were in great shape. We brought out dog and enjoyed the many walking trails and the Grass River nature area. Short drive to Bellaire, enjoyed Sorts Brewery and the outdoor bands. Will definitely be back again!"

"Lovely spot, close to skiing and snowmobiling. The pool and hot tub is at the club house and cost $6 a day. It was a great and fun to have. The only negative is that i think this property would not hold more than 6 people. The bedrooms are small. Not a problem for us because our whole group did not come, but could be for other bigger groups. We also ran out of TP and paper towel and we only had 4 people. Not a complaint, just a comment! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this dog friendly...
