"We had a good stay, the view is by far the best feature, loved waking up and having breakfast in the porch looking at the mountains around us. Cabin is comfortable, bed might be a bit too noisy for a light sleeper, but reason for not giving 5 stars is that we found several pans/pots very dirty. I do appreciate they gave us a brand new sponge (not everyone does that). Host was responsive and accommodating even with a very late check-in time!"

"It was a lovely cabin maybe a bit small but most are. Its proximity to the main road was a bit challenging. Also we weren’t informed notice of the location up the hill until a few days before our trip date and by then it was too late to cancel. Furthermore if you choose this property be prepared for a winding road up the hill. Overall a pleasant experience at the property itself with spectacular views."

"We had an incredible time at this cabin. It was everything and more. Dusty was an amazing host. The cabin was beautiful and well appointed. We will definitely come back again and we highly recommend this place. We love to cook and the kitchen had all we needed. The outdoor fire pit and spa was a bonus in the evenings."

"Nice place to sit on the porch and watch the birds and wildlife. Cabin is very cold as far as touches, cookware very old, few utensils, nothing else. Bed is good. Outside is great."

"My family of 7 just visited Sequoia National Park for the first time, which was amazing. But we were recommended to visit Mineral King, which we had never heard of. WOW..it all I can say about Mineral King, one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen, (i've traveled all over the world). This house is located on a hill top above the river which is a perfect location to visit both parks. You can hear the river at night and see 'Moro Rock Dome' from all the windows facing East. "You guys…. This is the most amazing home away from home you could ever imagine. The details, the decor, the amenities, the cleanliness was all top notch. Super close to the park and nearby food. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. We WILL be back!!"

"Accessibility to park and restaurants convenient. The cabin was very tidy and clean inside. Cabin definitely needs some repairs to help keep the flying and crawling night insects out. A good sealing around wall AC and door frames is needed. Old windows in bedrooms. One window doesn’t close all the way so flying little bugs come in through the screens."

"After hiking in Yosemite and Sequoia for six days, we were very excited to soak in the hot tub on this property. Unfortunately, it was dirty with a wide band of scum along the upper edge of the water. Needless to say we did not use it. That was very disappointing as the inside of the home was pristine and very comfortable."

"Nice, comfortable cabin - we stayed there with 5 adults and two kids. The location is convenient and the cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Only issue we encountered was that the two bigger burners on the stove didn’t work - we were able to work around it but the heating the water for morning coffee/tea took a long time, lol! "

"We had a lovely time there, easy access to the river was a big plus for us. I was able to do a polar bear plunge, it was awesome! We had deer right there one morning and sat out there with our coffee watching them. I will point out though, the water pressure was very low and not much hot water, no back to back showers! Overall, happy with our stay!"
