"The location of the property was perfect for us - close proximity to Boulder while being far enough to be peaceful, quiet, and without much light pollution at night (great for stargazing and photography). Wildlife visits every day/night - turkeys, hummingbirds, and a family of deer slept just below the back deck one night. "Would just like to say thank you so much for allowing us to stay at this beautiful cabin with our family of 4 and 2 pups. We had a wonderful time staying in the up to date cabin with a nice backyard including the hot tub. The river runs in front of the cabin and there are serval spots to sit along the riverside. We loved it so much we even extended our stay. Thank you again the place was very lovely."

"The cabin was sweet, but not a fan on the parking so far away from the cabin especially walking back at night. The walls were quite thin and could hear next door neighbors and we could have used a curtain or blinds in the bathroom."

There was plenty of rom to spread out and wonderful bathrooms to share. The recreation area complete with shuffleboard and ping pong was enjoyed by all. "We book a fun trip(not far from home) every year for our son's birthday. This trip was one for the books! A nice, roomy and comfortable home. The video games and pool table were a big hit and kept us entertained during our stay. Very close to some great restaurants. We also had some fun at Boondocks which is less than 5 minutes away."

"We had a lovely stay at Ruby's River Cabin. Check in was a breeze. The house was very welcoming, clean, and well stocked. The location is gorgeous with tons of trees and the river running nearby. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the sauna, so we had to contact the owner. Stephen was very quick to reply and helped us out. We will definitely be rebooking for a more restful weekend as this visit was to celebrate my son’s graduation from CU."

The property manager made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us more than once threw email. Also very clean.
