"The mgmt and staff were amazing, going above and beyond to assist guests. Angel helped us get checked early, and gave us great suggestions for places to eat. Late in the evening when one of us went out to smoke, an employee accompanied them outside as a courtesy. "

"The hotel was nice. Breakfast was good and had a variety and changed it up each day. Housekeeping attention to the kitchen was lacking. The block the hotel is on is dirty and lined with homeless drunk/high people. No matter which direction you come from you have to walk by them. "

"The location is great for visiting Times Square- you are walking distance to everything. The service at the front desk was wonderful. The room was just okay, counters had ring marks from former guests’ drinks and clearly hadn’t been wiped. The bathroom door is frosted (???) and doesn’t close completely because it is a barn door.
