Hotel was nice, first room received had a really strong smell of bleach so asked for a room change which they did, breakfast was cold so decided to eat out for the rest of the stay, location is good but surroundings were very dirty.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly & helpful. The drawback to this property is that it’s directly in front of the Port Authority bus station with lots of homeless sleeping on the sidewalk near the hotel. Didn’t feel we’d be safe walking in the area at night.

Great hotel. Felt safe inside. Room could use additional lighting. All else great w hotel. Midtown is unfortunately full of homeless, addiction and such. But there was never any danger felt

AC was not working properly. Room was hot. Everytime someone flushed or ran the water in the neighboring room, it was a loud sound in our room. Sleep was constantly interrupted, by that noise and the ac. Overall, place was small, but clean and in a good location.

The staff were excellent and worked hard to be accommodating to meet needs. Sebastian was wonderful in assisting me to have space for an interview for example. The front desk staff and gentleman in the blue shirt (apologies for not remembering his name) were very helpful for our departure to JFK on 5/19/23. Thank you!
