The staff there are wonderful! Hotel is clean, room was big for New York. Close to Time Square which is a big bonus and it did not break the bank which we loved :)
The team is doing the best they can with what the Hoyle owners provided them with.
Ok experience, last minute book for a large party.
Stayed on the family room for eight people. We were five people and it was not complicated. Not sure about eight people.
Well located.
The location is great for time square. The front desk phones were never working so I had to use my phone. Air conditioner was broke 2 nights in a row. I have no idea why they charge resort fee. 20.00 breakfast is a large waste of money. Housekeeping was great and did a great job even though our family of 5 adults and 2 kids was a mess. Overall I would stay again . But they need to stop taking money for resort fee.

Room was comfortable, bathroom small but nice, hallways very narrow, lobby was very small.
I would have given 5 stars . But the fact that the layout of the room I saw and picked online is not what I received . When I addressed to the male staff at the desk , said they were doing renovations that room would be on the first floor it wasn’t available to try back in the morning
Overall the hotel and the rooms were clean , it was hot outside so the room was nice and cool .
The staff was nice , even housekeeping and extra linen was brought to the room very quick when requested.
The rooftop was closed as things were being renovated
If it was open it would have been nice with a great view.
