"Great stay at Omni! Excellent staff that are helpful and inviting! We got a balcony room on the top floor and loved being able to enjoy fresh air and a view. The room itself could use some updating. Sliding door was hard to open and shut. Toilet sounded like it was going to launch out of the room when flushed. Other than that we enjoyed our room, very comfortable. Enjoy a couple drinks at the bar and a drink from the cafe the next morning. We also enjoyed having valet service. Overall 4.5 out of 5! "

"What made this property exceptional was the staff! My room was perfectly fine, but, somehow, I went to the JW Marriott instead, valet parked my car, and went into the hotel to check in. The manager on duty walked me through the sky bridge to the hotel where, in fact, I had made my reservation. I go back to Indiana fairly often to see my aging mother. From this point forward, I will be staying at the downtown Indianapolis Marriott!"
