"My family enjoyed the property as it was big enough for everyone and pet friendly. We stayed during the rainy months and enjoyed playing games and cuddling up near the fire place. I strongly caution the very steep driveway. If you have a four wheel drive, that is preferred especially if it is wet out. Otherwise good accommodations."

"This river side home was perfect for a few rainy days away during the holiday break with the family. It would be great during summer with it being right across the street from the Russian River. Our teens loved hanging out in the basement game room. Beds were comfortable and the wood for the stove was well stocked (once we found the kindling). Only small complaint were that the appliances are a little outdated but really we had everything we needed."

"The house was nice in a beautiful location with lots of green. The tea house that was separate from the main house seemed to have some leaks or water coming into the walls. It was very musty and moldy smelling. We opened the windows and aired out the space to make it bearable, but it was still noticeable. Otherwise, the place was fine."
