Pros: Nice rooms, great staff
Cons: A little more generous on the free wifi
Location: Shopping centre,beachfront
No issues getting around to where we needed to be . Parking was ample and available.

The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. The hotel restaurant served delicious and varied foods. The curry was incredible. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Bad reception, missing room service receipt

The hotel is very new and the rooms very comfortable but unfortunately the service at reception very bad. Staff didn't seem to care - I had to ask for iron and ironing board 3 times and wait for 1 hour. My receipt for room service went amiss and, even though I pad the waiter cash, nobody had proof of it - I gave my email address for the receipt to be forwarded but no sign whatsovere. On the other hand, the staff at breakfast was absolutely outstanding - Raji (or Ravi) is worth working in a seven star hotel, not this average 4

My room was given to someone else just before I arrived. Hotel told me the other guest had "similar" surname. That was one thing and the guest who stayed next door to me was throwing up a party at 1 o'clock in the morning. I had to make 2~3 complains until it was solved. The condition of hotel was good but my experience wasn't that good.

Great hotel - reception service needs to improve.

Let me be honest. This is a very nice hotel. Friendly staff and a decent location for the beach etc which is a 15 minute walk. My room was fabulous and very luxurious. My only complaint was that my room, booked through hotels.com was not found when I checked in and I had to firmly stand my ground to get a bed after a 24 hour journey. I had to leave my Amex details to secure a room despite having pre paid and presenting my booking receipt. Also, on check out, they tried to charge again. Although reception staff were friendly, the check in and out experience was like an amateur Fawlty Towers, very unimpressed. Otherwise, a great hotel, magnificently comfortable and great food.
