9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
Hotel was good and friendly staff located slightly away from main town areas .. I was a little surprised at being charged for tea and coffee in the room as this is the 1st time this has happened to me and find it unusual for a 5 star hotel

EPIC SANA Marques Hotel
5/5 Excellent
"It was a very convenient location away from the narrow streets of downtown and in the middle of everything. It was a very nice facility with friendly employees. The rooftop bar was very nice too. "

"If you’re on the hunt for the perfect hotel to stay at for your trip to Lisbon this one is it. I’m so picky with hotels and always take forever to choose one. This was PERFECT. The staff was amazing, the room was cozy and clean and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. I mean it is walking distance to EVERYTHING in Lisbon and easy for transportation. I loved every minute of it. I can’t rave about it enough, you can’t beat the location "
"The property is really clean and very close to the airport. They offer free airport transfers but I was able to walk to the airport from the hotel. Breakfast was really good and had a variety of items. What I did not like was one of the male front desk staff was very unfriendly to the point he is rude. He made me feel he is annoyed in answering my question. But he was very friendly and all smiles when a younger female guest came to check in. The one male staff with eye glasses that helped me was the total opposite- he greeted and smiled at me, you can see he is really wiling to help out. "
