"The neighborhood is great and the host is amazing. But the property is old and needs a lot of repairs. There are no blinds (or blinds that work) on many of the windows and the interior condo structure lights are right in front of the bathroom windows making it bright at night. The condo was dusty and there was food and grime under almost every piece of furniture. The carpets are just plain gross. The coffee maker had days old coffee left in it. The host really needs to fire the cleaners!"

"We had a short stay but the place was just what we were looking for. Close to downtown dining & shops. It was very clean overall, except for the carpeting in the bedrooms which was old and stained & probably needs to be replaced at this point. It would be 5 stars all around aside from that."

"This was a very nice, clean and really well-stocked property. The pictures were accurate and the instructions were received in advance and were spot on. I didn't use the pool (it seemed it wasn't heated, but not sure?) but I did use the spa which was nice and a very short walk from the condo. My only critique is it could be noisy...heard the folks upstairs thru the ceiling one time and I think every time they used their toilet you were aware because of drain noises...it is also in the flight...

"Everything was fine in the beginning until it rained which was when the ceiling began leaking water and puddles causing flooding from water seeping in from under the floor boards which caused a slip and fall injuring my ankle and ruining some personal items like shoes and clothing from water damage and loss of sleep and comfort and fear or safety hazards. I informed the hosts which they responded they would have management contact me but I never received any response or communications or...
