A great, cozy apartment in the heart of DTLA. Super responsive host, great building staff and amenities. Having a kitchen and washer and dryer and space for less than a hotel room is amazing! Will stay again!!

Amazing host, ideal location. Fully stocked and listing is accurate. Host was super communicative and accommodating. Came for the LA marathon and it was a perfect space for what I needed. Highly recommend this space for 2-4somes and ideal for small families. Alina is a top-notch host and I would GLADLY stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great short getaway

We had a wonderful time here for a quick birthday getaway! The loft was spotless and very comfortable, check in and security were great and the area was very walkable. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and Great Location

This property is amazing. Great location within walking distance to everything we needed. The host was excellent at communicating with us and provided all of the details that we needed. We would definitely stay here again when visiting this area.

Alina was a welcoming host. Her place is perfect refuge in the heart of LA. Vibrant downtown nightlife and restaurants right outside the building make it an ideal location. The fact that parking is included makes it an ideal place to stay. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities to make it an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We also got to enjoy the rooftop jacuzzi with awesome views of the city. Alina was very accommodating, helpful and responsive host. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Alina and her condo rock!

This was a perfect place to stay when I was in L.A. for a basketball game. Alina was incredibly helpful and responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable. It is also well located with everything around it I walked most everywhere I went. Alina, I will be back!

Welcome to Relaxation!

My son had an audition for a music program at USC and this condo looked like a great fit for us to relax and enjoy the sites of LA and we were so right. The moment we stepped into the lobby we were greeted by the security staff, super friendly and helpful. The condo did not disappoint, very clean and the decor was perfectly done. We enjoyed the rooftop deck with pool and hot tub, perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and evening skyline was AMAZING! Looking forward to our next visit! Hosts were wonderful to us.

This loft was amazing - clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, it wasn’t too far from all the sightseeing places we wanted to visit. The parking spot was a great perk. Alina was an excellent host, very responsive and had detailed instructions so our check-in and stay were very smooth. Highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again if we visit LA again.

Just finished a great visit to LA while staying at this property. Everything was as listed - excellent location, comfortable bed, easy parking, etc. best of all was the great communication with Alina. Alina’s property in LA is gorgeous and she was so kind and easy to work with! We were here to celebrate my granddaughter’s Sweet 16 and this was a perfect location for us. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed to make our stay 5 stars!

We really enjoyed staying here. We've stayed in alot of vacation rentals, and this was among the best! It was super clean with nice homey touches -- games in the coffee table, basket of pool towels, basket of blankets in the living room, coffee (Keurig) & tea with sugar, and plenty of backup t.p. and paper towels in the closet. Check-in was easy, and the host was very quick and friendly in her communication. We were here for a conference and it was a very doable 20 min. walk to the convention center and hotels. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof (the pool was open but pretty cold in early April, so we didn't swim). The rooftop was lovely and sunny most days, with nice spaces and lounge chairs. One day I sat with my laptop in one of the nice, large cabanas and got alot of work done while enjoying the LA breezes and views. We were there for a week, but I wish we could have stayed longer to try more of the restaurants nearby. We used the parking space, and that was great to have. Overall, a great stay!

L'appartement était extraordinaire, très spacieux et convivial. Il est très bien situé dans Dtla et la terrasse sur le toit est juste wow! La piscine n'est pas chauffée alors ce n'est pas pour les frileux en hiver! Le principal bémol est le sofa lit, qui n'est pas confortable. Pratique pour les enfants ou ceux qui veulent une excuse pour prendre rendez-vous chez le chiro. Sinon Alina a été très rapide pour répondre à nos besoins et ça paraît qu'elle a mis de l'amour dans ce petit bijou d'appartement! P. S. stationnement inclus est un gros + dans ce quartier.

Los Angeles Convention Centerでの学会発表で7日間ほど滞在させて頂きました。 部屋は非常に綺麗で清潔、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 部屋のことについて何かわからないことがあれば、すぐにオーナーがチャットで答えてくれます。 建物の入口には警備員が24時間おりますので、建物内は非常に安全です。 屋上には素敵なプールがありますので、夏の日中は泳いだり、夜は夕涼みしたり楽しめると思います。 駐車場も無料ですので、ロサンゼルス国際空港からレンタカーを借りて、滞在中はほとんど車で移動しておりました。 フルキッチン付き（冷蔵庫や電子レンジも完備）ですので、お料理をすることも可能です。お皿やフォーク、スプーン、ナイフ、フライパンや包丁、まな板などもあります。食材は徒歩10分にWhole Foods Marketがありますので、そちらで購入できます。 薬や日用品、お酒などは徒歩30秒ほどにあるCVS Pharmacyで購入することが可能です。 以降の情報は日本人や日本のものが好きな人向けです。 部屋のお風呂には日本人の好きなバスタブがあります。 建物の1階に日本のお菓子や日本のカップラーメン、日本の飲み物が売っているお店があります。 徒歩1分のところに回転ずしで有名な「魚べい」のロサンゼルス店があります（このお店は回転ずしではないです）。栃木出身の店長が暖かく出迎えてくれます。 建物の斜め前にはラーメン屋さんがあります。 次のロサンゼルス滞在でも絶対にこちらを利用したいと思っております。
