The lady at check in changed my room assignment due to my trouble using the stairs. She was very helpful because of my needs. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Booking Issues

Room was basic and clean. When we got there the front desk didn't have the reservation I had made through Hotels.com. I think the issue was actually on the Hotels.com end not the hotel, but regardless, the woman at the front desk was not helpful in figuring it out and I had to spend 20 minute on the phone with Hotels.com before it was sorted out. Breakfast in the morning was weak coffee and some coffee cake that was so full of preservatives there's no telling how old it was.

It is ok for what you pay. The beds need to beturned so that the spot that everyopne sleeps in is not so deep. They also should turn the a/c on to cool the room when they know that they have the rented.

Adequate accomodation

Pros: Close to where I wanted to be.
The facility upon entry reeked of smoke which prompted me to advise the management that if the room smelled, I would not accept. However, the room was okay in that regard. The room & bathroom were clean with usual amenities. It was nicely cleaned each day. It served our needs sufficiently as we spent time only for sleeping. AC worked. There was a small refrigerator needed. The price was below that of other motels and reasonable.
