I would like to request a refund because of the horrible experience we just had at the Ramada Plaza in Albuquerque. I took photos of the dilapidated room that I can share. We were charged $100 for our pet for 1 night, the hotel is pet friendly. We rented this room in the hotel alongside the highway on our trip from TX to Nevada. Easy access, right? The place and the hotel did not feel secure, there were questionable characters around the hotel and the people on the front desk were very rude. Please respond to our request for our money back. This hotel does not belong in Expedia.

Nothing s good about this property, the hotel is very outdated and not very clean. The room hey provided had stains on the carpet, the bathroom shower and sink had mold and loose caulking all around and not cleaned properly. The furniture in the rooms were very scratched up and the door to the tv cabinet was falling off. The curtains were dirty and falling off there hooks. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The pool was cloudy and the pH was way off. All the equipment in the gym was broken panhandlers out in front of the hotel Lobby the carpets were dirty the toilet and the room didn't flush fully. Was just a really nasty property would not recommend

Area is abit sketchy. Other hotels have parking lot gates. There is a nighttime security guy patrolling but signs all over lock your car. They let me park my motorcycle under lobby canopy. Room was good. Balcony with mountain view. Ice machine broken 4th floor. Ice machines every floor. Got my ice from front desk. Breakfast was good. Lounge closed Sun-Mon

The property is outdated and in a bad location, there are a lot of homeless people around. Our room was okay for one night, but not worth the price. The carpet was dirty and walls looked like they were falling apart

The shower head flew off the wall when I turned on the shower. The bathtub drain stopper doesn’t work at all. Although the tub drains so slowly, it doesn’t seem to drain any faster or slower, regardless of whether the stopper is in. The curtains are all torn up. I’m not sure if they are just moth eaten. There is a significant water stain on the ceiling. I would suggest getting the leak fixed. Some of the floor trim is coming off the wall. The bathroom could stand to be painted And your elevator door is scraping against something. It really sounds like it’s struggling to open and close. There was a used plastic fork still in the mini fridge. I will admit, I chose this hotel because it was less expensive. Clearly you get what you pay for. Motel 6 is close by. You might be better off saving a few more dollars and just going there. The quality is similar

The bathroom was full of mold on the roof. The TV was not working the bedsheets were dirty and I asked to be moved to a better room, it was the same thing the second room we were moved to the shower was clogged as well! Terrible 😞 for the price

Not a fan of being in a room above a wedding w music blaring below. 3rd fl and I can still hear it. Parking lot is jammed full, barely any spaces for hotel guests.

I did not like anything about the property! When I made reservation it said it had a view to Sandia mountain, instread it was in the back facing the freeway. The area was full og druggies and homeless. The back door was wide open where anyone cpuld wsñk in. As we step inside the rugs and walls were filthe and it smelled like pot. The elevator smelled like urine. The room smelled like pot, the sofa was dirty, the tv stand wss btoken and there were holes and scatches an the walls. After asking for a refund to avail, we left the hotel immidiately and stsyed somewhee else.

Cold water, broken tv, second room. First room the AC was not working. It was about 10:30 at night, switched rooms because it was hot. Second room the TV remote would not work and you could not change channels. The gentleman at front desk had zero cares! Basically said “oh well”! After a day of driving we just wanted to relax. Anyway, get a little sleep in a stinky room. We wake up and there was zero hot water, I do mean none! Tried to just sponge off with bathtub on, well that started filling up and not draining, so that was interesting standing in cold water to try to clean up. Oh and don’t use the toilet if someone is using shower because it won’t flush if shower water is on!!! Very annoying but at least it flushes after a while once shower was off. Wyndham might want to consider taking their name off this one. Picked because the rating was decent, but I am not sure why. We had better stays in Motel 6.

There were bugs in the bathtub and blood on the sheets, the toilet stopped up and maintenance was rude about having to come fix it at 11 pm. The next morning we were rushed out if the room because the building was on fire
