This review may sound like a lot but, ultimately for the most part, it was an ok stay for the price paid. The beds were very comfortable. Our first issues were upon check in, we were given someone else’s room. The front desk had no record of anyone being in there, but then put us in another and said they would look into it. The room they put us in was next to the entrance door to our side of the hotel and we could hear the slam of the door all night long! The next morning we received a call asking if we were checking out early as they had received our keys. This must have been from the other room as we still had our keys and were not checking out. I think they got that straightened out. Then our battery for our key card on the door died and had to be replaced. The gate out of the parking lot was finicky and then the key card reader to our entrance stopped working and were told maintenance was called for that issue as well, was not fixed by the time we checked out. The pool was a bit chilly but we did enjoy it for a bit. As I said at the beginning, it was ok for the price paid. Sadly I do not think we would stay here again though.

Not the Inn itself for this one....but its location adjacent to both the highway and concomitant service roads made for an extremely noisy and "annoying soundscape"! The entire breakfast was ill prepared, mostly inedible, at best "bland" and just plain awful! Our security cards had to be replaced more than once for a two night stay; and the gate operation was "sketchy"!

The room we got the first time was not clean , beds were not made so they had to put us in another room which the pillow case were dirty looks like they were not change , house keeing needs to wipe down furniture and mop the floors better

On a road trip so just needed a place to crash, room was clean enough for that. But would have never stayed otherwise. Seems to be in. It a great part of town. Key cards didn’t work to get in doors had to drive back around to get fixed. Gate that was supposed to be locked wasn’t. Obviously people living there. Breakfast wasn’t as pictured and basically canned fruit cocktail with cottage cheese, waffles, bread & bagels. Nothing for my celiac so to choose from. Someone in the lobby at breakfast obviously tweaking asking us for money, unsure if he was a guest or one of the people living there. I understand staff can’t control wh is staying there, but did nothing to keep him for asking other guests for money.

Room was not tidied by housekeeping during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was good with waffles, fruit, boiled eggs, cereals, breads. Convenient location to Old Town and highway. Security fence around property for car safety. Nice outdoor pool and sitting areas. Beds very comfortable.

I didn’t like that when I went downstairs to ask for shampoo I was told by the receptionist at the front desk that it was at a dispenser on the wall When I went back to my room, there was no shampoo dispenser on the wall. So I left a message on her phone. No one delivered any shampoo all night long. It was only when I went downstairs again in the morning that I was given the shampoo and conditioner by the clerk at the front desk. What an inconvenience!!!

Very nice to have cookies and lemon/cucumber water upon arrival. Staying in a courtyard room was pretty quiet for the area which is surrounded by freeways.

This property had a nice courtyard, which was its best feature. It was so quaint and cute, right in the middle of the property, accessible from all wings of the hallways. We had our complimentary breakfast sitting in the courtyard; it was a perfect start to our day.
