"Location is everything & you’ll get just that with this condo! You’re oceanfront - no obstructions of the amazing ocean/beach! Mid-week is priced lower. The only challenge might be the lack of elevators so plan for that if booking the 3rd floor rooms. The complex is not new but the location is perfect, easy to find & fairly central."

The place seemed clean and organized. We needed to rewash a couple of the cutting boards, and we found a couple of lost earrings in the carpet and a few hairs from previous tenants. "I thought the place was quite pleasant.It was it felt like home In some ways, bright, sunny.Being in the unit closest to highway 101 that's a little noisy but I lived by a noisy street so it didn't affect me too much. Every block has beach access and they had a fire pit on-site.It was quite enjoyable."

"The overall stay was ok but noisy road. Many restaurants & bars either direction. Being senior citizens we knew there was not an elevator but got tired of the stairs. Wish there had been a washer & dryer onsite. We spent 12 nights there & they didn't leave any windex to clean windows that was disappointing. Probably won't stay there again even tho the price was ok."
