It had lots of towels and linens as well as appliances, kitchen tools, dishes, and cleaning supplies. Outside has a nice astroturf lawn, cornhole games, a few BBQ grills, and wash station. We had a courtyard view cabin, which worked great. The pond view seemed like it had a nice view so we will try that next time. The location was not exactly what we expected but it’s very central and only a short drive to beach. The property manager gave us detailed rental instructions which were very helpful. "Not close to the beach but a great spot! My only changes would be the couch is terrible to sit or lay on, I know its a pullout but id just do a oversized couch. Second I went to walk around the pond early the second morning to run into a couple homeless guys. My dog did not like that but not sure you can really do much about that! This is me being picky, great spot which will be better once the pool is up..."
