"From the moment we got there we were made to feel so welcome. Angela Brock was sooo nice. She explained all the amenities to us and just made us feel like we were old friends. Our room as well as the entire hotel were very clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in downtown Cleveland. It’s in walking distance to many of the sights. "

"I had a great stay I would have gave a 5 star but the shower i had needs a remodel the price of one night the bathroom should be updated. They updated sink and mirror but not the shower. Place is beautiful other than that!"

"Nice room, nice pool area and liked the walk way from the parking garage to the hotel. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint was the fridge was super tiny and our AC dripped horribly. I literally used every towel under it because we had a small pond collecting. Told thw front desk when we checked out"
