"Eden Locke was one of our favorite stays ever. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. They really want to make sure you have a phenomenal stay. "The hotel is beautiful inside . My room was lovely and spotless . The hotel was clean . Most of staff at checkout are task oriented and their attitude does not reflect the level of service I’d expect in this prestige hotel therefore I will never be back . Also a hammering noise at 10 pm that went on for a good twenty mins wasn’t welcome . The waiting staff were very polite and friendly unlike the reception staff . "
