Staff was always very kind and attentive. Room service was excellent and very helpful. The laundry facilities were very helpful and easy to use. My stay here was an incredible experience. We felt very welcomed and cared for. I'd book another stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our enormous room that had a kitchen and an amazing view. Centrally located to high Street, local shops and plenty of cafés and coffee shops. They have free laundry and 24 seven gym. The laundry came in so helpful as we were traveling from another country. All of the staff I’m so friendly. Highly recommend staying here right in the part of old town, Edinburgh

Right from the moment we arrived until we checked out the front desk staff, Macayla, Remi, Rob and Lucas were exceptional, professional and very accommodating. Their cheerful manner and useful incites made navigating the city core easier. A total 10/10 experience. The rooms and house cleaning staff were excellent, clean and replenished daily. I was so happy to see the smile on Macayla's when I left her with a little taste of home in the form of Maple sugar candies from Nova Scotia, Canada.

Fridge was too cold, we had frozen milk orange juice and fruit in the morning. We raised this with reception twice but fridge was not repaired or replaced. Otherwise an excellent location for central old town Edinburgh. Staff very welcoming.
