"Great hotel, walking distance to Edinburgh central"
No complaints at all. Very happy, great breakfast, we paid £2.00 each extra for a choice of cooked options. Food excellent. 10 minute stroll to The Royal Yacht Britannia and a great shopping mall with cinema and food etc. 40 minute brisk walk into Edinburgh Central, easily done and downhill on the return! Didn't really feel the hill going, more of a drag, but certainly felt the downhill push on return.
Will definitely return to this hotel with loads of free parking as a bonus!

A good hotel with decent car parking, very near a good shopping centre with good restaurants and the tourist attraction of the Royal Yacht BRITANNIA. Excellent bus services to the city centre every 7 minutes just outside the hotel entrance.
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
We stayed 7 days and loved it......and would definitely rebook for a future visit.

"Excellent staff, comfortable room, great location!"
We were greeted and shown to our room by extremely helpful staff who helped us throughout our stay. Everything about this apartment was wonderful. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

The hotel was amazing. The room was clean and modern. The need was big and comfy. The staff was extremely friendly. It was easily walkable to all the attractions in Edinburgh. For Europe it was a decent size room. The only downside is no free WiFi but they clearly advertise this so we knew what we were in for. Highly recommend staying here during your next visit to Edinburgh.

Once a seaport town, Leith was incorporated into Edinburgh in 1920 amidst controversy and maintains its own identity. Leith Walk connects the city with its primary port where the Water of Leith feeds into the Firth of Forth. Visitors can tour the Britannia, which for 44 years was the Royal Family’s private yacht. Golfers may want to stop at Leith Links where the rules of the game were devised in 1744.
