"Paradise Suites duplex apartment is in an upscale complex about 20 minutes from the airport. The complex itself is beautiful all white and in Arabic style. We spent a lot more time than planned around the Lower main pool.(there are 2 large pools and 2 smaller ones) We had lunch most days at the pool bar/ restaurant. "Great apartment just away from main area of Tenerife needed taxi or bus to get to main areas as no coastal walkway which is a shame Sun in the morning would have been a bonus as like to have breakfast on balcony and had set when arrived back at apartment"

"Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. "

"Lovely place to stay but the complex needs to invest in more sunbeds and a buggy for arrival and departure The walk to the apartment with a case and hand luggage was a bit annoying especially on the way home. There are signs Everywhere to not reserve sunbeds unyet all the regulars had towels on the beds before the pool even opened and serious la k of sunbeds for the amount of people staying there Shame the pool bar doesn’t do breakfasts too. "Broken light in bathroom,loose toilet, painted bath (paint worn away). No shower curtain. No fan (had to purchase one!) No kettle. 2 old matresses on balcony. 2 broken chairs on balconey. cockroaches in apartment in kitchen and on bed (bed is mall and hard. No cleaner or clean bedding in 3 weeks had to hand wash bedding. pillows/bolsters dirty and old"
