Close to the mall

Pros: Location and cleanliness, except the lavatory or the bathroom was kinda outdated. And tub is just the a regularly size.
Cons: Improve the toilet please, Hilton supposed to be a 4star hotel with an upgraded facilities.
Location: When to the nearby Stoneridge Mall, perfect cause we get hungry and immediately we've reach there in less than 10mins on a Sunday late lunch.
Had a good and comfortable stay, front desk personnel courteous and efficient.

Three night stay

Pros: Great bed and bathing area. Parking was always available and the desk clerks were pleasant.
Cons: With large crowds coming in buses perhaps a slow entry to the hotel would slow down the crush in the lobby and elevators.
Location: Great Pleasanton restaurants. Visited Danville and had some great shopping there. There was also great restaurants in Danville and San Ramon.
We were visiting our relatives and only slept and showered in the hotel. There was a bus load of Asian tourists that took over all the elevators, reception areas, concierge area and hallway in the hotel. We waited for 30 minutes to get an elevator to get to our room, this was annoying.

Poor choice in bed size

Pros: The hotel was clean. We were only there to sleep and left in the morning.
Cons: There was no pool available as it was being renovated. Hotels that provide a complimentary breakfast are much more of an incentive to book.
Location: OK. But we booked it for the convenience of staying just outside San Fran
My biggest pet peeve when staying at a hotel is the double beds! The average couple has a queen or king bed at home and to have to sleep in a double bed while on vacation is not relaxing! Upscale hotels such as the Hilton should have queen beds as standard.

Cons: No refrigerators or in room safes--would expect this from this hotel class.
Our hotel stay was fine, what really made it worth it for us was the access to ClubSport next door.

Pros: The food.
Cons: I think everything will be fine when renovation is complete.
The hotel is currently under renovation and there is scaffolding everywhere. In my room, it appears as if the bathroom was renovated in the last 10 years but the bedroom was from another era. Not too worn, though, and comfortable. I ate dinner at the bar. The staff were nice and the spinach salad with salmon was one of the best I've ever had.

Perfect for our needs

This our second stay at this hotel. We're locals with three kids and we just crave some R&R (without the kids) with a comfortable bed, blackout curtains, a hot tub, and a favorite here is the gym access at the Club. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes drive, though the walk ability is not prime. The staff was very polite and helpful, our patio room looked out to the pool and with our door open we heard the soothing sound of the waterfall. We enjoyed our spot steps away from pool entrance with having to walk down the hall in swimsuits. We will be back.

Construction going on at hotel

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable.
This hotel is in the process of up grading and there is construction going on which I wasn't aware of until I checked in. Until it is finished stay somewhere else.

If u r booking the hotel to also have convenience access to ClubSport think again. The inside door was closed all the time and after several calls, they finally told me that it will not be open during my stay (over 5 days). Asked me to get dressed at cold night and walk there from outside. Even parking connection was closed. Cold water and they couldn't fix it. Need to let the water runs for 20 min in order to shower but still it just gets warm not hot. So be prepared for that. Some of the staff are friendly but had conflict with front desk people who were trying to fool me on Clubsport issue. I was Clubsport member for years and the lady on the front desk was trying to tell me what Clubsport is about and how I can get there from outside. Offered to give me ride but had to stay for 30 min!!! I had a car anyway but it's hard to find parking space in the club lot. Room is ok and kind of comfortable. Don't expect too much. Overall I will not try it again despite my expectations.
