This is a beautiful facility excellently located. We had a problem with some noisy guests in a room adjoining ours and the staff went out of their way to take care of the situation. They were very attentive and checked back with us to make sure we were doing well. We would stay there again next time we are in the area overnight.

This hotel has been our regular choice when in the area. It is close to shopping, restaurants and walking/hiking areas. The rooms are quite large and include a small kitchen, a seperate sitting area, and a comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfasts are varied and are one of the better ones. The staff were great and accommodated a request for a room change due to a noisy a.c. unit without question and with their apology.

Disappointing stay. My husband and I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service. We found a wrapper under the leg of the ottoman, a half-full bottle of Coca-Cola left in the freezer, and an empty body wash container in the shower, forcing me to use shampoo instead. These oversights made us question whether the room had been thoroughly cleaned, including the bathroom and whether the sheets had been changed before our arrival. On top of that, we received a parking notice on our windshield stating that our vehicle was not registered in the system, even though we had provided the correct license plate number at check-in. This was an unnecessary inconvenience that should not have happened. I emailed the fromt office manager about the issues and haven’t received a reply. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for future guests.

Room very spacious and clean. Bedroom very comfortable and clean as well . Breakfast was magnificent.A very wide variety of breakfast dishes were available. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Pay for laundry a bit high though. Otherwise recommend people to come out and enjoy the residence. Excellent time there !
