"Very nice place to stay. The house was clean, had nice amenities (good Wi-Fi, AC, full kitchen), and was in a great location. I do have to agree with another review that the downstairs futon was unusable as a bed. As far as comfort, we had four adults and that seemed the right size for the house. In my opinion, any more people would have made the house feel too crowded."

"This property was great for what we needed. It was in a quiet area, was clean and easy to get to. We were just looking for a place to sleep that would be safe and clean and this was perfect. We only used shower, we did not cook or anything but there was a refrigerator, microwave, toaster over and grill. It was nothing fancy but I would stay there again for sure. "

"We had a great time!!! It was a beautiful, spacious house! The only thing I would add is more kitchen essentials. We only found two small frying pans so breakfast took longer than expected but other than that we loved it. My kids absolutely loved the bottom area of the house and the dock where they did a lot of jumping off!!"

"This was the second year our group of 4 senior golfers has stayed here while golfing at local courses and attending The Masters. Our experience was great again. Nice rustic cabin with everything we needed. Hopefully, we can do it again next year. I really wish the owner would replace the upstairs futon with a single bed though! Thanks!"

"This is not a review although it gets 5 stars. Except for Petra. She was very helpful and nice before the trip and after my husband got back I have written 3-4 emails and she has not responded to any of them. So, Petra is great but not a great communicator and that is what this industry is all about. I worked in the hospitality business being in charge of ocean front homes to mountain homes and I was the manager of an oceanfront hi-rise hotel. Worked in the industry for 45 years. "Was not ready for check in. The cleaning lady did an excellent job under pressure. When we unfolded sofa bed the pad was stained and dirty. But otherwise a nice location."
