"Good hotel, some confusion at the breakfast. Room carpets were "messy", not saying they were not clean but there were some brown stains here and there... suspicious."

"The area is really only good if you want to be near the convention centre. There's a bunch of hotels out this way that presumably exist solely for the convention centre. "The one lady on reception was really helpful and could speak English. The others on reception were not helpful and could not speak English. The property needs a good clean and needs a good paint. The Continental Breakfast included in my rate was great value for money. The rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily. The free toiletries was body wash only in the bathroom. You have to ask for extra towels and for loo paper if needed. There was sufficient parking."
