"The host was so nice that he met us at the property and let us check in early as we had an early morning flight and and had a lot of luggage. "Apparently, there are two guest houses named 88 Guest House in the Seoul Jongno area. However, there is only one 88 Guest House with an attached cafe/coffe house. 88 Guest House is located near Gyeongbok-gung Palace. "Interesting way to live in past history in this hundred year old home. The owner speaks rudimentary English. Not super friendly people. The morning ethnic food is tasty but no changes to accommodate with allergies or food preferences. The place could be much better if they clean up and organize the centre courtyard to be nicer.
