"We had the most wonderful stay at Ms Lou’s cabin. The cabin was cozy and beautifully decorated, super clean and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We spend a lot of much-needed relaxing time at the cabin where we kayaked, played board games and caught crabs, but also visited the nearby nature reserve and saw tons of birds and gators. "We were greatly impressed! A wonderful accomadation, so close to the refuge that we were visiting. Our only problem--we couldn't get the toaster part of the toaster oven to work. we finally figured out how to use the broil part to broil our bread into toast. "

"My husband and I had a great time staying near Harris Neck. This home had exactly what we needed for a nice visit to the refuge. It was a quiet area, nice large backyard, and comfortable and clean. Plan ahead - there is no stove or oven! We did use the electric burner and the toaster oven, so meals worked out okay. There are no nearby stores or restaurants. As long as you plan ahead, all the other amenities are great! The refuge was well worth the trip!"

"Overall, the property is quite nice. Sapelo Island itself isn't much to visit in the winter time or, frankly, any time at all unless you're really into hanging out on pristine, secluded beaches. (In season, in terms of activities, I suppose fishing from the beach -- surf casting -- might be fun & productive. "I did not think luxurious was an accurate description of this condo. It was tastefully decorated but The microwave definitely needs attention, 1 lamp had a questionable switch and had no lightbulb. I travel with facial cleanser but was confounded that there wasn’t any shower soap. Hmmmm "
