Debra is fantastic, from the small touches in the cabin, such as s’mores, to her communication to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our week. "The house was perfect for so we could all get ready for a wedding nearby. Plenty of room for everyone and the owner even let us check in a few hours early so we could shower before an early rehearsal dinner. Will definitely be looking to stay again over the winter to go skiing!"

"We had a wonderful weekend in the snow storm! The house was cozy and warm and set back in the woods along the River but only a short drive to the ski mountains. It was a great time with my adult children. It’s hard to find a place that doesn’t charge a lot of money to bring your family pets so I really appreciated this place. So be good to the owners and respect their wishes with no dogs upstairs. Easy enough to block it off. Nice walk along river with the dogs. Or your family to just hang out...

"It was lovely to see so many stars and listen to the stream. We also enjoyed the fire in the wood stove (although we had to stoke it every couple hours). The bed was very comfortable. The walk up in the snow was more strenuous than we expected. Next time we'll pack as if for a hiking trip. We'll also stay for more than one night so we can explore the hiking trails."

"From the minute we booked, George was incredibly friendly and helpful, sending us directions, restaurant reccomendations, and helpful videos to help ensure our stay is as good as possible! He called me as soon as we arrived to welcome us and give us an opportunity in case we had any questions. This cabin was wonderfully secluded and I don't think I've EVER seen so many stars at night. "Fabulous stay. Took my adult daughter and her two dogs out for a quick overnight adventure. Loved staying in the treehouse (birdie). Perfect size, location on property was good (away from other structures) and had picnic table, potbelly stove, grill, and out house right near the treehouse. They supplied bedding,camp chairs, and even a small battery powered fan. They also offered and we accepted ATV transport of our things from our parking spot to the treehouse. "My husband and I really enjoyed this lovely log cabin in Jackson, NH. We were impressed with how solid and well-built the cabin is. The decor is simple and unique. As others mentioned, the 2 downstairs beds have very firm mattresses. An extra blanket on each for warmth as the nights get colder would be nice. The location is convenient, yet private and quiet. The owners have made it easy to know what to expect and their " house rules " are reasonable. We would stay there again."

"This place was perfect for my large group ski trip to Sunday river. The mountain was only 15 minutes away. We had 14 people and everyone slept comfortably. There was plenty of towels, blankets, and linens for everyone. There’s plenty of activities at the house including several tvs, a pool table, ping pong, and of course the hot tub. The host was very communicative as well. Overall I would highly recommend. We are already talking about coming back over the summer or next winter! Thanks again!"

"This is probably one of the best VRBOs i have stayed in. Everything was clean, there was plenty of house hold items to get us started, and the property was well kept. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, it feels secluded and quite yet is close to restaurants and Sunday River Ski area. I would absolutely return to this property or any of the others this owner has."

"The property requires major renovations and cleaning crew didn't do a great job at all. All the furniture is very old and in bad condition. leaking roof, railing ready to fall, cobwebs everywhere. Great stay for Halloween only!"

"I loved the mountain views and amenities. The rooms are very outdated. Bathroom needs the most updating; the glass shower door fell on my while trying to get off the shower, luckily it did not break. I would stay with them again for the views/amenities but would love to see renovations done on the rooms and balcony."

"Great little cabin for a quick trip. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for my family of 4 - kids ages 2 & 4. There is a cute creek and big rock they climbed in the morning as I made breakfast. The use of Nordic Village amenities is key! The cabin is very small, but it was everything we needed.
