"This hotel asked us 50$ deposit when we arrived late in the night from 12 to 13 November 2020 In the morning was impossible to take back this deposit because "they are not sure the money came from the website" They asked us to come back on 15 November to get the money back. Today they told us they don't work with hotels.com but only with Chinese websites. So they will not refund the deposit fully but only half. "The level of english spoken was not what the website suggested, made check in/out tricky, comfortable enough room for the price, could do with a bit of TLC. Easy access to the beach and bars etc along the front"
