"Honestly quite horrible! Got there and there was no booking for us! Hotels.com told us the hotel sold our room as they got more money from a walk in customer! After 3 hours on the phone hotels.com was not helping us so we ended up having to pay the hotel again we was put in a dirty room with bumpbeds then the next day we had to move rooms. I would not recommend using hotels.com for anything and especially when it comes to this hotel!"
