"It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!"

"We stayed two nights and this was just right for us. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. I didn’t see it in the listing, but there is a drip coffee maker, which was very important for me. I always bring my own fan, but I certainly didn’t need to here, they have one if you need it. "We were in a little cabin off the main house. It was perfect for our family of four. We were disappointed to not have more time there - we arrived after dark and left the next morning just after 7am. Lovely property and very good hospitality from Lex and his staff. "The room and bath was clean and was well stocked with towels. The bed was a Murphy bed and was very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV worked well. Instructions provided were clear and understandable. The only issue was that there were a number of fairly steep steps to the front porch and we had to park our car right next to some nut trees and then walk across a lawn and up the steps to access the room. We enjoyed our stay though and would like to book it on another trip to the area."

"If you are looking for a nice place to stay while in the Zion area, this is obviously an option. The hosts make sure you have all you need and provide a spacious, clean basement apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The extra sofa bed in the living space is very comfortable, so if you need it, you can count on it for a good night's rest! The complete kitchen has it all, even peanut butter in the cupboard! Great Wi-Fi and parking too. The only thing missing for a long stay is a laundry...

"These tiny homes are very well thought out and crisply furnished. Washer and drier are a huge plus. Fire pit is ideal for unwinding in the evening. Adirondack chairs on the small private deck are perfect for morning coffee. Excellent communication and super easy check-in/check-out."

"This was sweetest most quaint tiny house! We came in late in the evening and we just had to open the box with the keys. The home was very clean and modernly designed. We had all amenities we could need. The home has a great little patio with gas fire pit. We enjoyed so much the star gazing, it was amazing. The beds and especially the pillows were heavenly comfortable. If you’ve never had a tiny house experience, I would highly recommend Tiny getaways."

"The property had a decent view, but was a distance away from Bryce Canyon. Property was well maintained, but it was a duplex on the main highway going through town. It was barely on the outskirts of town. Advertising was somewhat misleading. Guest services had very limited hours, 3PM to 9PM daily."
