  • This beautiful apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a kitchenette/living room. The location offers spectacular views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 5 adults. The bedroom has 1 king size bed 1 queen size bunkbed set. The living room has a fold out sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay.
    Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $50/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.

    Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 'prettiest towns' in the United States in 2008. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area.

    During the months of March-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car during your stay!

    Drives to Bryce Canyon, The North Rim of Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Cedar Breaks are a short distance away.

As advertised this apartment is the closest you can get to the park! We loved not having to worry about parking. The beds were comfortable and finding enough sleeping space for 6 can be challenging so I was happy to find this apartment. Loved having washer and dryer and well stocked supplies so no need to bring your own! The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this place is pretty loud at night when the wind whips the awning outside the windows. It sounds like construction trucks or something and it lasts all night long. I would consider this if you are sensitive to noise.

Perfect Location & Amenities

We spent a long weekend in Zion NP and this place was perfect proximity to the park and everything in Springdale we wanted to do. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. Would come back here and stay with my family for sure!
