This beautiful apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a full kitchen/living room. The location offers spectacular views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 5 adults. The bedroom has 1 king size bed 1 queen size bunkbed set. The living room has a fold out sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay.
Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $30/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.

Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 'prettiest towns' in the United States in 2008. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area.

During the months of March-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car during your stay!

Stay was good
Location was good in terms of access to the park (cannot find a better location). The house was really clean, and the kitchen is really good - well equipped (didn't see lot of reviews or comments about the kitchen - but it is really good). The bed is comfortable including bunk beds and 4-5 people can easily stay here for a 3-4 day weekend. Now, in terms of improvement/concerns : There is always a Subway/food smell in the hallway or also close to the front door of the house. Thankfully not that much in the bed rooms - but that is something to look out for. I understand from the host - they have tankless water heater. This one is a tough one - hot water is spotty. You can get around it by cranking up the hot water all the way, wait for a 3 mins for the water to get hot, and then dial it down. Unfortunately it still gets cold after 4-5 mins of using hot water and then you got to wait another 3 mins for it to get back hot. :) Overall, we still loved the stay !! (barring the minor inconveniences that we faced). The host was very helpful and will guide you thru the duration of the stay. Thanks !

Awesome spot
We loved our stay here! You can’t get an easier location, it’s a two minute walk to the park. The apartment was spacious and had everything we need, was quiet and private.

Great location and lots of room
This location was so close to the entrance to Zion National Park that our family was able to beat the crowds into the park early in the morning, come back to the apartment in the afternoon to rest, then go back into the park in the late afternoon/evening for some more hiking when many people were leaving for the day. The apartment had plenty of room for our family of six. We had a great trip! The only downside was that someone was parked in our apartment's spot when we arrived, which was stressful. We were eventually able to get a hold of the manager to figure it out, though.

Great location but not perfect
Location is absolutely great. Space is large and clean and has good internet. Hot water was very limited and, at times, non existent. We missed this in other reviews but it appears to be a consistent (but not universal?) issue - but this really was a significant issue for us (would not rebook). The layout is odd (but was clear in pics, so no surprise there) and the entry is quite off putting (kind of a back alley and storage area, presumably for the Subway below the apartments). Parking also is odd (our spot was taken for the first part of our stay making us nervous about tickets but it worked out). If you are OK with cold showers or great location is a bigger priority, this could be a good choice.
