Worn down hotel

Brown spots in tub and all over ceiling with mold in the corners of the bathroom. Every single footstep above us on the second floor, sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Very hard uncomfortable beds, but staff was excellent.

The night duty Hotel Staff (a lady) is not helpful

Pros: Availability of the heated swimming pool during our 2 nights stay.
Cons: Will not stay the next time.
Location: Good location and close to shops and restaurants
Internet connection is a nightmare in the other building. I had been complaining about it to the front desk since my 1st day it just fall in deaf ears. Not recommended!!!

Pros: The swimming pool was nice. The staff was very nice. The room was spacious. Two bedrooms. The potential is there, but definitely needs some work.
Cons: The rooms need to be gutted and redone.
Location: Close to shopping!
We just needed a quick sleep over prior to traveling by car to Seattle. Due to not booking ahead of time, we ended up staying at this Ramada Inn. The room was smelly, old and although it was a non-smoking room, the cigarette smoke from the downstairs tenant drifted up through the windows.

Pros: At least it is close to the freeway, food, gas, and shopping, And the bed was pretty comfortable.

the first room we got had a tv that didnt work, the lady at the desk while seemingly nice enough just didnt know what to do? who seemed to think that the remote was a little too complicated for us. then she moved us to a different room. A room in which the air conditioner worked poorly, our room was hot all and muggy all night. the mugginess in our room was in part due to the sink which had leaked so long that the carpet under the sink was almost gone, and the carpet in front of the sink was perpetually wet during our stay. The shower curtain rod was about to fall down and allowed the shower curtain to hang down on the bottom of the tub making it hard to not fall down. The breakfast was very limited, the biscuits and gravy have been discontinued.The room for the spa was pretty good and i bet the hot tub was pretty cool back in 1975, the hot tub out on the pool deck is covered with plywood, and appears to have been out of use for quite sometime. We have stayed at Ramadas before and the have been pretty nice. Ramada has definitely lowered there standards allowing this hotel to belong to their chain. Ramada is off the list of places to stay when looking for a room now.

Pros: location
Cons: demolish the hotel, rebuild and hire some trained and responsive staff from top to bottom
would not go there back again and would not reccomend it to any one. Staff not helpful and room was not up minimum cleaniness standards.

Two Visits in One = First & Last

Location: Convenient - off I90
D├ęcor out of the sixties - plaster peeling from the walls - stains on the bathroom ceiling - tissue paper stuffed into the ceiling fan to prevent unknown (?) - broken tiles in the bathroom. Saturday, August 23, 2014 - WiFi didn't work and when I told the front desk the lady with the blue finger nails and curly hair was unable to help. Tuesday, August 26, 2014 WiFi still wouldn't work. Informed the front desk and must say the fellow was very helpful and managed to acquire WiFi service albeit for a short while. Returned to the front desk to report WiFi wasn't working and the lady with the blue finger nails & curly hair said the equipment was old. The following morning I reported the previous events to the day shift fellow and he said that the situation has been escalated to technical support. Moral of the story is the gentlemen on day shift was doing his best to help but the lady on the evening shift was useless.

Smelled like pet urine

Stayed in a room that was in another building not connected to hotel and our room smelled like pet urine. It was in the couch cushions and carpet. The shower curtain also smelled like pee it stunk up the room. The door to our room wasnt a whole door had a gigantic window that was had a raggedy old curtain. The room had a kitchen that was way outdated...

Not a typical Ramada experience

First room smelled of mold. Second room had holes in the sheets. Not enough seating at breakfast. Food wasn't very good.

Pros: It's close to businesses and restaurants.
Cons: The room had a weird stench that made it a little uncomfortable to sleep there.
Location: There is food and it's close to Silverwood and a walmart.
I stayed one night and the walls were not sound proof, easily heard people outside the halls and outside the building. The beds were comfortable but the pillows and blankets seemed slightly worn. The breakfast was really small but the people were friendly.
