We had a handicap room and the shower was stall needed some attention as the bench has loose screws and therfore siting was not an option to shave the legs. The bed was a little hard for our liking but as a couple over 40 we are used to some extra mattress topping. The pillows could use some attention as they were flat and had a smell to them. We always bring our own for personal reasons. Front staff was very friendly.
