I did not realize how far it is from everything, a more central location would have been ideal. There were no towel at the pool, you needed to ask every time. The hot tub was not fixed the whole time we were there. I did not find the staff super pleasant, they walked around looking unhappy. My kids did love the cinnamon buns, they wanted me to find them to bring them home. The shower was weird only hot or only hard, it was difficult to get it to the right temperate. Overall it was okay, nothing to write home about.

Glad we only had to sleep one night here. Beds were visibly worn out ( two huge craters in them where you lay, could see the comforter dipping down from the doorway). Some strange very pronounced white stains on back of bathroom door, didn’t investigate too much. Hotel room was beat up , dingy and felt gross. We skipped showering in the morning and just got back on the road. Would most def not stay here again.

The room was clean but the breakfast was not great. All the other Super Eights I have stayed included scrambled eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy this hotel did not and they did not have hot water or hot milk for the oatmeal, you had to warm it in the microwave in thin styrofoam bowls that were not microwaveable. The hot tub was broken the entire 8 days we were there. The air vents in the hotel looked like they had not been cleaned in years they were filthy.

The only thing that prevented a 5-star rating for me is the guest room doors. The staff is excellent. The rooms are neat and clean and modern. All is great - BUT the doors BANG shut and that’s almost all I heard from 6:30am-10am when I was attempting some much needed rest. Otherwise a good value.

Overall it was ok. What left us wanting was that a mouse ran out from under the bed. I like mice, but not in my hotel room. When we told the front desk they seemed unfazed, although they did thank us for telling them.
