“Wil stay here again”
Went there for our honeymoon, the location is perfect. The hotel is clean and worth the money paid. Internet price too pricy and there is no wifi.
“Great service from the moment of reservation”
This hotel is located right next to George St, which is the main street of downtown Sydney. It's close all the major spots of travel locations, great restaurants, bars and shops right near it. The rooms are very clean, quiet, good gym and access to all the public transportation. The staff really makes it. I had to find a dry cleaner to press my formal gown the minute I arrive and I needed it done within the same day. I called the front desk and they were able to find several dry cleaners in the local area who offer that service and emailed me the contact info before I arrive at the hotel. So I could call them myself and schedule my appointment. I am from the U.S., so it made a huge difference in terms of planning because I had to plan all these things ahead of time. Fraser's staff helped me get it done and even helped me get early check in so I was able to check in all my luggages and get on with my business in town. The room was modern and had beautiful city view overlooking the harbor and the financial center. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay at Fraser Suites. I would definitely go back.
Considerate staff. Pleasant stay all over. Rich breakfast buffet. Good location.
This property is nice and clean, well priced, modern setting, easy access to everything (QVB, Woolworths, Circular Quay, Chinatown, etc.). Highly recommend.
We had the 1 bedroom suite and it was very comfortable. If you have favorite DVD bring them because the room has a DVD player with the TV. The kitchenete was equiped, and was nice because we prepared breakfast and saved the cost of eating out. The room also has a washer/dryer, with detergent, so we did a load of laundry, saving a bundle instead of sending the laundry out. Hotel is a block away from nearest train/subway terminal, Town Hall, giving easy access to all major sites from there.
“Loved this place”
I loved staying at this hotel. The suite had a generous kitchen, with dishwasher, full size fridge, washing machine and tumble drier. It was divided into kitchen/dining/living area, office, and bedroom and was a great base for an extended stay. The 20m swimming pool was clean and well maintained with extraordinary windows on the bottom. The Fraser Suites has great transport links (a block away from main bus routes and Town Hall train station), and is within walking distance of Darling Harbour, city centre shops and restaurants as well as being 20 minutes from the airport. Try it.
“Very pleasant surprise.”
I had not heard of Fraser Suites before, so after a long trip from Europe I did not know what to expect. But what a nice surprise! Very nice people. Very quick service. Not like the huge "factory" Hotels where you line up at reception to check in and check out. Great location downtown. Comfortable room. Because I understand it is really a serviced-apartment building, room service is only until 10pm. I would stay there again and again. In fact I did.
“Excellent Hotel in the heart of Sydney”
We stayed 4 nights at the Fraser Suites in late December 2010. We received one night free through an Expedia promotion. We upgraded to a one-bedroom suite for a small charge and that was a great decision. The quality of the room and the service rivals some of the best hotels we stayed at. The location is excellent. It is very close the Town Hall and the Victoria Building. The staff is very friendly and competent. If we return to Sydney, this hotel would one of our top choices.
“Wonderful Stay in CBD Location in Sydney”
This hotel was especially nice as it was equipped with full laundry (washer/dryer), kitchen (with dishes and utensils), stove, small fridge, and a dishwasher. I recommend using the kitchen (Woolworth's grocery store is a few blocks away) as the hotel breakfast was very expensive for what was provided. Very modern hotel, conveniently located in the Central Business District (CBD). Darling Harbour is a 5 minute walk away, as is Hyde Park and plenty of shopping. The only complaint is that the shower was a little moldy. Great hotel and it is my choice whenever I'm in Sydney.
“Fraser Suites, a cut above other Sydney hotels.”
This is a recently built serviced apartment style hotel that's well placed for Sydney downtown. The lobby seemed quite and the service of an extremely high standard. I'd certainly recommend this hotel over the Hiltons, Hyatts etc. I was on the 40th floor with a great view of the city, as against the Park Hyatt were I'd stayed previously who's idea of a "city view" room was a view of their ventilation shaft. Definitely recommended!
